10カ国！

昨日の駒形は実に国際色豊かでした。

日本以外で、10カ国からお客様がいらっしゃいました。

よくよく調べてみると、アフリカ、中米、アメリカ、

オセアニア、アジア、ヨーロッパとほぼ全ての大陸から

お客様がいらっしゃいまして、、本当に有難いことです

それと同時に、やはり言葉の問題もでてきますが、

言葉の壁を越えて、コミュニケーションができるということは、

素晴らしいことだなと実感させられました

外国という不慣れな場所で、良い思い出として残るよう

私たちも対応していきたいなと思いました

Dear Madam,

I'm your international member (old green member card, 旧インターナショナルカード). And I got trouble in reservation from your web.

There is a hyphen in my registered given name in your member system. This makes me can't make reservation successfully, and your system said the name should be alphabet.

Would you help me to find out how to solve this?

My member ID is: I095-00031.

answering your question,
I am sorry but you can't reserve from web site with your membership data.
However you can reserve from web site as a general customer.
You can get the benefits of the member if you show the member's card when you check-in.
